Prepare the Mac and Cloud
Open Rigbolt; add a known project and confirm Projects Only access scope.
In Settings → Connections & Remote, complete managed Cloud pairing and confirm the device is online.
Important — The remote connector connects from Anthropic's servers, not directly from your Mac. The remote MCP URL must be publicly reachable.

Important — Claude offers custom remote connectors on several plans, but Free accounts may have a one-connector limit. Workspace roles can restrict connector management.

Test with read-only work
Ask Claude to inspect the selected project and identify its main files; don't request edits yet.
Check Rigbolt Live Sessions for the tool request and returned result.
If Claude says offline, check device/Cloud status, OAuth authorization, and whether the connector is enabled in that conversation.
