Configure Codex

  1. Install Codex locally and open Rigbolt.
  2. Find Codex under Settings → Connections & Remote.
  3. Run the Rigbolt Connect/Configure action. The managed entry lives in ~/.codex/config.toml.
  4. Start a new Codex session and verify Rigbolt tools are listed.
  5. Ask Codex to read a known file before attempting any write.
Important — Rigbolt manages only [mcp_servers.rigbolt] and its own child settings; do not overwrite other Codex settings.

What success looks like

The local client shows the Rigbolt tool server.

The chosen workspace can be inspected without supplying Cloud credentials.

An operation is visible in Rigbolt Live Sessions and the result matches the file on disk.
